SMS Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how Montessori School of Sugar Land provides text-message confirmations, reminders, and appointment-related support for our Sugar Land and Sienna campuses.

Montessori School of Sugar Land provides an optional customer-care SMS program for parents and guardians who schedule a school tour and voluntarily agree to receive appointment-related text messages.

1. How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by entering your mobile number on the Montessori School of Sugar Land online tour-booking form and voluntarily selecting the separate, unchecked SMS-consent checkbox.
By selecting that checkbox, you confirm that:
- You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
- You agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Montessori School of Sugar Land.
- You understand that message and data rates may apply.
- Your SMS consent applies only to the customer-care communications described in these terms.
Providing a telephone number without selecting the SMS-consent checkbox does not enroll you in the SMS program.
2. Types of Messages
Messages sent through this SMS program may include:
- School-tour booking confirmations
- Upcoming appointment reminders
- Sugar Land or Sienna campus information
- Arrival instructions
- Rescheduling or cancellation information
- Responses to appointment-related questions
- Confirmation of an SMS opt-out request
This customer-care SMS program is not intended for unrelated promotional or marketing advertising.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled tour and any appointment-related activity.
You will generally receive no more than four automated messages for each scheduled tour. Additional messages may be sent when you reply, request assistance, reschedule, cancel, or continue an appointment-related conversation with an MSSL team member.
If you schedule another tour in the future and opt in again, a new series of appointment-related messages may be sent.
4. Message and Data Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and wireless-service plan.
Montessori School of Sugar Land does not charge a separate fee for participating in this SMS program.
5. How to Opt Out
You may unsubscribe from the SMS program at any time by replying:
STOP
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent through this program unless you voluntarily opt in again.
Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your scheduled tour. Contact the appropriate campus directly if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

7. Message Delivery
SMS delivery depends on your wireless carrier, device, coverage, and network availability. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The SMS program may not be available through every carrier or in every geographic location. Montessori School of Sugar Land may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program when reasonably necessary.
8. Privacy and Mobile Information
Montessori School of Sugar Land respects the privacy of SMS participants. Mobile information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers solely when necessary to deliver, administer, or support the SMS program. These providers are not permitted to use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms
Montessori School of Sugar Land may update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes become effective when posted on this page. The updated date shown at the top of the page will identify the latest revision.
Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
