Why do Transition and Primary ages overlap?
Classroom placement is based on developmental readiness, not age alone. Transition and Primary ages overlap because some children benefit from more time with toileting independence, daily routines, and classroom skills. Children may remain in Transition beyond age three while preparing for Primary. We work with families to plan the move when their child is ready.
What ages do your programs serve?
MSSL offers infant and toddler care, Transition, Montessori Primary preschool and Pre-K, and private kindergarten. Before and After School and Summer Camp serve elementary-age children. Contact your campus to confirm placement and eligibility.
Do you offer year-round enrollment?
